Argentina has built its reputation on bold reds, but there’s a shift happening. Some winemakers are moving away from ripe styles and tweaking their winemaking procedures, creating more diversity. That’s good news for wine drinkers based in the U.S., Argentina’s biggest export market. While there are still plenty of big reds to chew up, this week’s list highlights other vibrant and aromatic styles coming out of this South American country, many with wallet-friendly prices.
