Celebrity chef José Andrés may actually be Superman. When disaster strikes, he is there; when crises arise, he is there. Through his global efforts with World Central Kitchen, the food-reilef charity he founded, Andrés provides not just meals, but also hope and encouragement to people whose lives have been upended.
